Beyond Organic Compensation Tip #5 - Steps to becoming a VP

You can become a Vice President with Beyond Organic by following this simple formula:

“Find 4 people that find 4 people.”

Do this prior to the October launch and qualify to become a Founder. I believe this start-up business model is very attainable and will jump-start your network. It is important to model the behaviors that you would like to see your team members duplicate. People do what you do more than do what you say.

Formula for Success

You purchase:
Business Builder Pack: $199.95
2 Founder’s Product Package: $399 X 2 =$798.00
Total cost to you:$997.95

You Find:

4 Mission Marketers that you directly enroll [E-1s] and do what you did (cost $997.95 each)

Your 4 Mission Marketers Each Find 4:

16 Mission Marketers (MM’s) that they directly enroll [E-2s] (4 new MM’s per your initial 4 MM’s all purchasing $997.95)

There are several ways to earn income with Beyond Organic’s Compensation Plan. Let’s look at the income breakdown for the above example.

You will earn commissions and bonuses from at least 5 separate profit centers:

Profit Centers:

1. Business Builder Bonus:
E-1 = 4 X $100 = $400
E-2 = 16 X $30 = $480
Total…………. = $880

2. First Order Bonus:
E-1 = {Your 4} @546 Point Value = 2,184 Points X 10% = $218.40

3. Enroller Bonus:
E-1 Bonus = {Your Directly enrolled 4} @546 PV = 2,184 Points X 7% =  $152.88
E-2 Bonus – (your 4’s directly enrolled 4) @ 546 PV X 16 = 8,736 Points X 7% = $611.52

4. Generational Bonus:
{Your directly enrolled 4} + their directly enrolled 4 (16) = 20 X 546 PV = 10,920 Total
Team Points X 4% = $436.80 (assumes all of your E-1s and E-2s are at the MM or Manager levels)

5. Healthy Living Account:
$200 Bonus Cash

6. Potential Founder’s Bonus: {Equal share of 1% of company total commissionable points paid yearly}

First month totals:
Total Cash out of Pocket: $997.95
Total Income…..$ 2,499.60

Beyond Organic Compensation Tip #4 - Becoming A Founder

Many have been asking about the Founders' Team and how to become part of it. Here are the details...

What is the Founders' Team?

The Founders' Team is an opportunity for anyone who joins Beyond Organic prior to the October 15th launch to share in a special compensation program.  Anyone who achieves Founder status (which can only be done this year, never again in the future) will share in a bonus made up of 1% of all of the commissionable points paid to the entire network throughout each calendar year.  Each Founder would receive an equal share of the 1% paid to them as a bonus each year (based on the calendar year, but paid at the end of the first quarter the following year).

How do I achieve Founder status?

There are three steps to becoming a Founder:

1) Purchase a $199.95 Business Builder's Kit prior to October 15th, 2011
2) Purchase a minimum of one Founder's Package prior to October 15th, 2011 (only available while supplies last)
3) Achieve (and maintain ongoing) the Vice President level in the compensation plan by December 31st, 2011

Note: You may place your order now by logging into your back office at www.BeyondOrganicInsider.com and either download the "Application and Order forms," fill them out and fax them in, OR beginning next week you will be able to place the order electronically through a link provided in your back office. 

Any orders placed now will not be charged to your credit card until the product is shipped to you in October.  You will receive several email notifications prior to your card being charged and your shipment going out.

We anticipate that early on, there will be many people who achieve Founder status, but it is likely that over time some of the Founders will drop from Founder status, leaving a smaller number of people to share in the 1% pool of what will hopefully be a growing figure as Beyond Organic's revenue increases annually.
