Beyond Organic Compensation Tip #3

The Beyond Organic compensation plan tracks two primary relationships – the “Enroller” and the “sponsor.” You can earn money on both.

An Enroller is …

An existing Mission Marketer of any rank that first explains the Beyond Organic business opportunity to a potential new Mission Marketer (a.k.a. Business Builder), and subsequently helps that person to enroll as a Mission Marketer.

A Sponsor is …

A Mission Marketer of any rank who is immediately upline in an organization from a new or existing Mission Marketer, and is generally responsible for the day-to-day coaching, encouragement, and assistance of the Mission Marketer’s immediately below them.
*Once someone is enrolled into the company the “Enroller” has the choice to directly Sponsor that individual OR they can place that individual under a different Sponsor anywhere in their organization.  The Enroller greatly benefits from Enroller Bonuses no matter where the individual is Sponsored.

Why Full Fat Cultured Dairy?

I recently read an article about yogurt that I found very interesting.  Here’s how it started out…

Over the years, yogurt has become synonymous with healthy food and dieting. When you see someone with a container of yogurt, you immediately assume they must be on a health regimen -- and they probably are. But what they and most people don't realize is that many of the top brands of yogurts are just as unhealthy as eating a bowl of ice cream.

Many store-bought yogurts are laden with sugar and calories, not to mention numerous artificial ingredients that are impossible to pronounce or identify. The most popular yogurt with fruit on the bottom is typically pink in color because of food dye. And on the whole, yogurt is full of preservatives and food additives that are not nearly as "natural" as the product labels claim…” (source, KitchenDaily.com)

So, what are the most common artificial/non-food ingredients in store bought yogurts?

Modified food starch, corn starch: Which is used as a stabilizer or thickener

Gelatin:
Also used as a thickener, and often made from animal bones.

Potassium sorbate:
A preservative used to neutralize acids and prevent mold. This ingredient gives many yogurts an unnaturally long shelf life.

Aspartame:
An artificial sweetener (you can research some of the dangers of aspartame here http://aspartame.mercola.com/ )

High fructose corn syrup (HFCS): A sweetener. This has replaced sugar in many food products because it's cheap to produce, plus the corn industry is subsidized by the government. Some claims have been made that HFCS contributes to the obesity epidemic, alters the body's insulin levels and may raise the risk of diabetes.

Tricalcium phosphate:
A calcium supplement, usually made from bone ash.

Food dyes: such as Carmine, which is made from ground cochineal beetles -- but at least it's natural, right? Numbered dies, such as Red No. 40 and others are chemically made and may have health risks that are not yet fully understood.

With all these undesirable ingredients that go into commercial yogurts, the conclusion this writer came to was – just eat plain, non-fat yogurt.  AND THIS IS PRECISELY WHERE THE WRITER LOST ME!

First, when consumed, plain non-fat yogurt is more like a punishment than a treat.  That aside, non-fat yogurt is simply not that healthy.  Here’s why you should choose full fat dairy…

1. Your body cannot digest protein or absorb calcium from dairy products without the fat.

2. Vitamins A and D found in dairy products are fat-soluble, so you can't absorb them from dairy when all the fat has been skimmed. (that’s right, that makes fortified skim milk one of the biggest scams ever - you can pump fat-free milk full of these vitamins, but your body won’t utilize them).

3. Contrary to popular opinion, low-fat and fat-free diets do not help prevent heart disease, and science is revealing more and more that the link between saturated fat and heart disease is tenuous at best.

4. The world's healthiest foods are whole foods.  What are "whole foods" and why are they healthier?  They are foods that have not been processed. The nutrients in whole foods have a natural synergy with one another, meaning they work best in and are most beneficial to the body when they are taken together (not isolated the way you find them in synthetic supplements, like Vitamin C capsules). So when you pull some or all of the fat out of milk, you throw its nutritional profile out of whack. In essence, you discard the health benefits when you discard the fat.

5. And last but definitely not least -- healthy dietary fat will NOT make you fat. We've been taught for years that dietary fat is evil. But healthy fat in our diet actually supports many vital functions in the body, including healthly hair, skin, nails and even long-term weight maintenance. The key to understanding fats is knowing the difference between good fats and bad fats (I'll save that discussion for a later article).

These reasons and more are why I am so excited about an amazing product form Beyond Organic called Amasai™ that will be available this fall.  Amasai is a drinkable cultured dairy beverage that provides vitamins, minerals, probiotics, proteins and healthy fats to your body. Amasai is similar to a yogurt or kefir and with its unique makeup, contains powerful nutrients and provides amazing health benefits. This traditional beverage contains CLA and Omega 3 fatty acids and can be consumed every day to support your immune system and digestive functions. Great for those who are sensitive to traditional dairy products. Now available in the United States for the first time!
